Physical Fitness for Climbing Everest Base Camp

Preparing physically for Everest Base Camp is key, as the trek can be demanding and requires stamina. Begin regular exercise at least three to six months prior to the trek. Although Everest Base Camp, is not as physically demanding as some of our other treks, the more fit you are the more you will enjoy it! Please note that we are not fitness experts and everyone is different, you will need to adjust this training plan to suit your body.
